HOW PRINT-ON-DEMAND WORKS:
As the order are made, we print them. If you're curious, follow this link to see how the printing process works here
THE PROCESS:
First we print your order. This will take us 2 - 5 business days.
Then we ship it and send you a tracking number.
We have printing facilities all across the US and Canada, and around the world actually.
Your product will be shipped out of the facility closest to you that specializes in printing on your select item. Therefore times may vary for different items and they may arrive separately.
SHIPPING TIMES:
After the fulfillment time (2 - 5 business days), it will take approximately:
Domestic (US & Canada)
- 3 - 4 business days after fulfillment
International (US & Canada)
- 5 - 20 business days after fulfillment
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:
- Issues with design files
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts or service disruptions
PRODUCT HASN'T ARRIVED ON TIME OR AT ALL?
If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:
- Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate - it’s not a guarantee.
- If you still haven’t received your order, get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location.
- We also recommend you check with your local post office, or go to your neighbors just in case it was accidentally left there.
- * You may also want to go to the original email we sent you and make sure you got the shipping address correct to begin with.
- * If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order after the carrier returns the order to us. But the shipping cost is on you.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS?
If your order is shipped from a facility that's in a different region than your delivery destination, you might have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery. The customs fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.
