Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
If there is a problem, the first thing you must do is email us at nspiredclothing.help@gmail.com.
You have 30 days from the time you receive your merchandise to contact us, but we recommend you contact us ASAP and not wait more than the first few days upon receiving your package.
DEFECTIVE ITEM?
If there is something wrong with the order, email us a detailed description and 2 - 3 quality photos so we can see what you see and help you determine the next steps.
If the item is deemed to have a defect that is our fault, we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost to you. Defects may be a misprint/damaged items.
WRONG SIZE?
Every item we produce is PRINT-ON-DEMAND, meaning we only make it as you order it, we don't have extras laying around. We make sure to provide all measurements in metric/imperial so you can be as informed as possible before your purchase.
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer exchanges or refunds in this case.
BUYER'S REMORSE?
Let's face it, we have all had buyer's remorse at one point or another. We wish that would not be the case here, but if you are having buyer's remorse we would like to encourage you to simply offer your item as a gift to someone who you know will appreciate it.
But unfortunately, just like all other retailers, we cannot issue you a refund.
